All new patients MUST contact the office for booking, by phone or email, so we may verify insurance benefits, explain pricing, and answer any questions you may have about treatment. After your first visit, you’re free to use our convenient online booking system for followups.

Free parking is accessible on the streets surrounding the clinic and is often open and available on the same block which the practice resides. At times, you may need to park as much as a block away, so please account for this when planning your arrival. Alternatively, the Wheeler Plaza Parking Garage offers free 2-hour parking and is a short walk away.
